- Abstract
- The article is devoted to foreign policy of Cuba in Latin America at the end of the 1990s- at the beginning of the 2000s. The author analyses how Cuba becomes one of leaders of regional integration. We investigate the formation of the Cuban-Venezuelan project ALBA and oil project "PetroCaribe," Cuba's influence on member-countries of ALBA, and Cuba relations with member-countries of Mercosur.
