- Abstract
- The article is dedicated to the history of the relations between Spain and Great Britain in the context of Gibraltar territorial dispute. The author analyses different aspects of the problem including European Union role and influence. The article represents the course of events and emphasizes the recent success reached in the negotiations during the work of Tripartite Forum for Dialogue on Gibraltar. The main question is if the Forum perspective and will it help to resolve the dispute that has been a constant source of diplomatic tension between Britain and Spain for over three hundred years.
