- Abstract
- The parliamentary elections of the September 2010 in Venezuela witnessed considerable consolidation of the political forces oppositional to the president Chavez that can impede the process of construction of the «socialism of the XXI century». With that the support of the actual chief of State remains significant. In the context of the society polarization the government should remember about the potential – interior and exterior – risks. The book by E.Golinger «Codigo Chavez: Descifrando la intervencion de Estados Unidos en Venezuela» is about one of the most critical moments for the current regime which is an attempted military coup against Chavez in 2002.
