Abstract

The Russian-Cuban ties beginning from the very first contacts in 18th century up to our days are clearly seen in the book which is being reviewed now. Much attention is paid to human sphere and culture. The authors haveused not only the archive and modern resources in their works but also the talks between Cuban and Russian research workers and specialists.
