Abstract: The participant of the conference discussed two blocs of problems. The first one was a current social challenges in the Latin-American region, including the social policy in different countries. The second was contemporary problems of inter-ethnic relations, and particularities of state’s policy in the area of national development, difficulties and contradictions in the approaches for its solutions.
