Abstract: While talking with Mr. V.Travkin, the editor-in-chief of our magazine, Mr. A.Avdeev, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, tells that cultural exchange between Russia and Latin America countries meets their national interests, besides, talks about how we can use the past decades experience to get over the difficulties of the transition period and the plans of the ministry for the nearst future.
