- Abstract
- The article deals also with close connections between the Saint-Petersburg and the Moscow scientific schools. A lot of doctoral theses and articles published in the “Latin America” (the scientific journal of the ILA of RAS) on the issues of economics, culture, history, education and contemporary politics witness the importance of the Office. Another prominent effect of these activities is the participation of graduate and doctorate students in the conferences of young researchers carried out by the Institute of Latin American Studies.
