- Abstract
- The reviewed book contains the variety of ideas expressed by important Spanish politicians and scientists about situation in the European-Latin American dialogue and prospects of inter-regional strategic association development. The book underlines ibero-american character of the latest (sixth) European-Latin American summit that took place in Madrid, 2010. Thus experts don\'t avoid possible complexities and obstacles of global character, which inter-regional partners will have to face in a new century.
