- The article is devoted actual problems of development of Latin American philosophical-educational thought. The author analyses points of views of S.Bolivar, J.Marti, J.Vasconcelos, E.Dussel, P.Freire, etc. Latin American philosophers uphold the independent way of development. Evolution of Latin American philosophy is viewed from interculturation to transculturation.
