- Abstract
In the 1960s–70s the Republic of Peru was one of the key partners of the Soviet Union in such geopolitically important region as Latin America. The article analyzes the relations between our countries on different stages, including the modern period, as well as the foreign policy and domestic policy factors that influenced and affected directly the cooperation between Moscow and Lima.
