Abstract

The article of Professor Doctor of Law V.S. Khristophorov is based on the previously unknown documents from the Foreign Policy Archives of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Russian State Archive of Socio-Political History and the Central Archive of the FSB of Russia. The article considers new details of the organization and conduct of the Soviet-Finnish negotiations for a truce in March and September 1944.
