- Abstract
- The global recession had an impact on Vietnam, coinciding with an internal cyclical crisis and miscalculations in the economic policy of the Government of Vietnam. The anti-crisis program developed in search of a way out of the situation stimulates consumer and investment demand, including both monetary and fiscal measures. The demand incentive plan is based on the theory of effective demand and the calculation of the maximum multiplier effect. These measures can mitigate stagnation, but can increase systemic risks in the local economy. At the same time, Vietnam's efforts to overcome the crisis reveal the great potential of egalitarian forms of capitalism in transition countries.
