Abstract
Article analyses the "May Fourth Movement" special features in the NorthEastern China in context of the regional historical development. Forms and methods for realization of this Movement included demonstrations, creation of literary associations with their own periodical press, theoretical discussions etc. The first literary works of new regional literature are described.
