Abstract
The specifics of the formation and development of e-commerce in China. Taking the course of a new type of industrialization and innovative development, China is fully trying to use the opportunities and methods of e-commerce to intensify the development of the country, the comprehensive modernization of all aspects of the social structure. Informatization is becoming the most powerful tool for global change in China, as it structures huge volumes of previously divided layers of information into semi-autonomous clusters and makes it accessible, transparent and easy to use.
