- Abstract
- The article is devoted to the study of the specific aspects of metaphorical images of folk dances in the mass-media political texts of 2014-2017. The paper analyzes the paradigmatic and syntagmatic potential of dance metaphor when extrapolating this image to social and political realities. The correlation of the national and cultural specificity of dance with the peculiarity of its translation into the world of politics is revealed.
