Abstract
The article analyzes the situation of regulatory pluralism and the behavior of companies in its conditions; describes the main factors that contribute to the emergence of this phenomenon. The article demonstrates how companies and other groups of actors in the process of implementing established norms in a situation of regulatory pluralism form a new understanding of regulatory institutions. These ideas are converted into social practices that lead to the transformation of traditional relations between subjects and objects of regulation.
