Abstract
Analyzed is proposed by C. Schmitt concept of transition from the legal and liberal state to a party state, and from it to the total one. The paper discusses his views on the content and nature of the struggle in politics. Geopolitical model is presented concerning the opposition between Anglo-Saxon and Eurasian empires.
