- Abstract
- The author proceeds from the situational in the first place, socio-economic and socio-political condition of the greater part of the various phobias and threats, as well as that feeling of fear, fear is a natural human emotion, a natural companion of the modern everyday life. Therefore, the key question is not how to relate to certain mass fears and fears (they were and will be), but why such phobias and threats arise and spread in this particular historical situation.
