- Abstract
- Discusses the configuration of the existing mechanisms of enforcement established in the Kemerovo region, attention is drawn to the role in the formation of the characteristics of the institutional environment of the region and the strength of the negotiating position of the employee, the results of studies of its behavior in the process of protecting their labour rights; identified four ways of forcing the employer to comply in the course of the contractual interaction of workers ' rights: information involving formal agents-guarantors, based on the General formal institutions of the labor market; information with the involvement of agents-guarantors, based on the General informal institutions of the labor market; self-enforcement, which is carried out both within the framework of collective and individual actions of employees; self-defense.
