- Abstract
- The article considers changes in the demographic and social structure of the Russian population of sovereign Moldova in the 1990s-2000s. The dynamics of the industrial and socio-professional composition of Russians, as well as the features of demographic behavior are shown. Paying special attention to the situation of Russian youth, the authors raise the question about prospects of preservation and development in Moldova the Russian Diaspora.
