- Abstract
- The reasons why the processes of deformation and deprofessionalization of the labor force occur are considered. The article substantiates the thesis that the market of educational services (especially vocational education) does not meet the requirements of society and the economy, and is detached from the functioning of the labor market, preventing the formation of an optimal employment structure.
