- Abstract
- Reconstruction of social types of workers as objects of management is based on the typological method of cognition and is tested on the example of secondary analysis of subjective indicators of labor activity of workers. Empirical substantiation of the approach is carried out by forming logical indexes and applying a set of mathematical methods of multidimensional analysis.
