Abstract
In Russian history, it is difficult to find an event that played as significant a role in the fate of the country as the invasion of Mongol troops in Russia in the XIII century. Regardless of the assessments of this event, most scientists consider it a kind of watershed in the history of Russia. The Golden Horde, a state formed at the junction of Europe and Asia, became a prominent and sometimes dominant participant in international relations in eastern Europe in the XIII-XV centuries. After the collapse of the Golden Horde descendants ruled in her dynasty, Genghis Khan, however, has long remained politically important figures and called the attention of the authorities of Russia, the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Persia, the Ottoman Empire. The book of the Ryazan researcher Andrey Vasilyevich Belyakov (Belyakov A.V. Chingisids in Russia of the XV-XVII centuries: prosopographical research) is devoted to the consideration of the complex vicissitudes of the fate of numerous representatives of the "golden family" in the Russian state of the XV-XVII centuries. Ryazan': "Ryazan. M1r", 2011). The author of this study has already established himself as a major expert on the history of the service Tatars in pre-Petrine Russia, and his monographic research has provoked a lively response from many prominent scientists dealing with the history of Russia of this period, as well as specialists in the history of international relations, as well as Turkologists. Doctors of Historical Sciences D. Yu. Arapov and R. M. Shukurov (Lomonosov Moscow State University), I. V. Zaitsev and V. V. Trepavlov (Institute of Russian History of the Russian Academy of Sciences), Candidates of Historical Sciences V. A. Shukurov took part in the discussion about the book by A. V. Belyakov. Vinogradov (Institute of Russian history of Russian Academy of Sciences) and M. V. Moiseev (Museum of the history of the city of Moscow), and V. D. Nazarov (Institute of world history RAS).
