- Abstract
- This paper considers factors which had impact on the creation of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Author is based on the analysis of the events which occurred prior to Constitution appearance. This analysis presented in books of Rumyantsev O.G. and Sheinis V.L. that reveal history of the Russian Constitution appearance and describe a range of other drafts of constitutions that haven’t been adopted. Author presents arguments of why the present Constitution of Russia was not a product of public agreement.
