- Abstract
- By using razdatok-economy theory in the article proves that Russia once again in its history has entered into a systemic institutional crisis due to the exhaustion of quasi-market model. Historically his overcoming carried a revolutionary transition to the razdatok-economy. However, regularities of market-razdatok global development give the possibility of the evolutionary transition to a new stage.
