Abstract
The author gives a profound analysis of European economic crisis, and the reasons why it blocks U.S.-EU trade and economic cooperation. However he stresses the fact that the structure of mutual trade is corresponding to their economic and industrial potentials. The article emphasizes that U.S.-EU technology products and services have a strong impact on economic relations. Both legal and economic barriers to normal mutual trade development are reviewed. Monetary and financial problems are also being discussed in the article.
